Frank Flack has spent his entire career in franchising, both as a franchisor and franchisee. He was a pioneer in the very early stages of ServiceMaster International,  and served as an Officer and Director during its era of very rapid growth.  Frank subsequently became the co-founder of the residential cleaning franchise, Molly Maid (USA), and served as its President and then Chairman from 1982 to 1989.  He also served for eight years on the Board of the International Franchise Association (IFA), and was the 16th recipient of the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award... “bestowed upon those individuals who have played a major role in franchising” (joining such legends as McDonald’s Ray Kroc).  Known for his salesmanship, reliability and creativity, Frank  now uses his many years of intellectual and knowledge capital to assist emerging franchise systems in growing their concept.
